A few details before your visit
When should I book?
We recommend booking around 3 months before your card expires. Availability may be more limited during holidays and busy periods.
On the day
Please bring your gift card with you. You may also pass it on to someone close to you.
Need to change your plans?
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this deadline, your gift card will be considered used.

Please contact us before booking. An expired card can be reactivated for €10, or free of charge when you upgrade to a higher-priced treatment.
Gift cards with a monetary value cannot be used with our external practitioners. For refund conditions and your applicable rights, please see our terms and conditions.
