This space is composed of a private lounge, with its humid heat hammam and its ice fountain , in order to carry out hot and cold therapy.

Recommended before a treatment to ease muscle tension, bring mental relaxation and prepare the skin to receive the treatment.

At Spa Le Mont Anis, we believe that the experience doesn't begin on a table, but in a suspended space, where we release the mind, the rhythm, and the tensions. Our Sensory Journey is a preparatory interlude, designed to envelop you, slow you down... and prepare you to receive.
