Cancellation conditions

In order to guarantee optimal organization and availability for all our customers, here are the conditions applicable in the event of cancellation:

Cancellation up to 72 hours before the appointment: No charge, the amount paid is fully refunded or the service can be postponed.

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the appointment: The payment method provided may be debited for the total amount of the service.

Minimum age for access to the hammam: Children can enjoy the hammam from the age of 10, provided their state of health permits.

Mandatory accompaniment: Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the entire duration of their visit.
