These general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions concluded on the website of Spa Le Mont Anis , located at 32 Boulevard Gambetta, Le Puy-en-Velay. By accessing our site and making a reservation or purchase, you unreservedly accept these conditions.

 

2. Services offered

The Spa Le Mont Anis offers:

  • Booking treatments and sensory tours.

  • The purchase of gift cards and wellness products.

  • Privatization of space for private or professional events.

3. Reservation and payment

3.1 Online booking

  • All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by email.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

3.2 Payment terms

  • Payments can be made by credit card via a secure platform.

3.3 Modification and cancellation

  • Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. After this period, the deposit will be retained.

 

4. Gift cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • They are nominative, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • In case of loss or theft, no reissue will be possible.

 

5. Rates and promotions

  • The prices indicated on the site are in euros, all taxes included (TTC).

  • Le Mont Anis Spa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services already paid for will not be subject to these changes.

  • Promotions and special offers cannot be combined and are subject to specific conditions.

 

6. Privacy Policy

The information collected during your booking is strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of our services. In accordance with GDPR regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.

 

7. Liability

  • Le Spa Le Mont Anis cannot be held responsible for allergies or skin reactions linked to the treatments or products used, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

8. Internal regulations

For everyone's comfort:

  • Access to the spa is reserved for adults or accompanied minors.

  • Silence is required in relaxation areas.

  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the service without reimbursement.

 

9. Disputes and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts of the city of Le Puy-en-Velay will be referred to.
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
